Shipping, Exchanges, Refunds and Cancellations Policy – The Wise Shopper
Shipping will be free for transactions over 1000 shekels and 35 shekels for transactions less than this amount.
Refunds and cancellations –
1. The provisions of the law will apply to the cancellation of a transaction via the website.
2. Cancellation of a transaction – The purchaser is entitled to cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction details, whichever is later. The provisions of this section shall not apply to products to which the right of cancellation does not apply according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the regulations thereunder. It is clarified that the product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, clean, packaged, and has not been used in any way.
3. The provisions of Section 14C1 of the Consumer Protection Law shall apply to a purchaser who is a person with a disability, a veteran citizen, or a new immigrant, and he may cancel the transaction within four months from the date of making the agreement, from the date of delivery of the property, or from the date of receipt of the details stipulated in the regulations under Section 14(d), as the case may be, whichever is later, if the product has not been used, provided that the engagement in the transaction included a transaction between the business owner and the consumer. The product will be returned in the condition as delivered to the purchaser, and packaged.
4. Cancellation of a transaction due to a defect and/or incompatibility and/or failure to deliver on time – the website owner will refund to the purchaser, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, that part of the transaction price that was paid to him, will cancel the purchaser's charge for the transaction and will provide him with a copy of the aforementioned cancellation notice and will not charge him any cancellation fees.
The buyer will send the defective product to the website owner.
5. The website owner may charge transaction cancellation fees in accordance with any law – at a rate of 5% of the purchase value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. In the event of a transaction cancellation due to a defect or incompatibility in the product, the customer will not be charged shipping fees or cancellation fees.
6. If you encounter a problem or question regarding cancellations and/or refunds, please contact us privately, and we will do our best to address the matter.

Delivery times
Shipping times will be between 1-14 business days.
Shipping times may be extended due to security conditions / closed skies / pandemic, etc.
In these cases, the buyer will have the right to cancel the order.
If and to the extent that the customer approves leaving the order at the door - The Wise Chauffeur will not be responsible for theft/loss/any damage that may occur.
In the event of a return/exchange/cancellation/credit, shipping fees (if paid) will not be refunded.
The Wise Shofar is not responsible for items with tears, peeling, defects, etc. - the customer must make sure
The product's integrity is determined by its arrival and the detailed images displayed on the site, and accordingly, the decision is made as to whether the customer wishes to purchase it or keep it.
A product with a removed label will not be eligible for return or exchange.
