The regulations govern the terms of purchase on The Wise Shopper website , which includes new items and original second-hand items that have been carefully selected and inspected.
The buyer is aware and agrees that he is purchasing second-hand items, and that they are authentic and presented as they are on the site.
Any use of the site or making a purchase constitutes full agreement to the terms of the regulations, the privacy policy and the relevant legal provisions.

1. Purchases on the site are permitted from the age of 18 and over. Purchases by young people under the age of 18 are permitted only if permission has been given by their legal guardian.
2. Purchasing products through the website is subject to the provisions of the regulations.
3. The website owner may update product prices and/or shipping costs from time to time, and may convert free services into paid services. The updated prices will appear on the website.
4. The purchaser is aware that the number of products is limited to those in stock. The website owner does not guarantee that products will be available for delivery at any time. The website owner may announce a cessation of sales at any time and without the need for prior notice.
5. The product inventory is updated from time to time. In the event that a product is out of stock, the purchaser will be notified and will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. The purchaser will not be entitled to any compensation for the unavailability of a product in stock.

2 The purchasing process –
1. The purchase on the site is made by marking the product and arranging payment via credit card.
2. The website owner may change, add or remove payment methods and/or means for any reason and without prior notice.
3. The purchaser declares that he is the owner of the payment method, or that he has received permission to use the card or payment method from its owner.
4. How to purchase:
The buyer will mark and select the products he wishes to purchase. The buyer will enter identifying information, contact information and credit information. 3 Supply and transportation-
1. Geographical distribution of the State of Israel.
2. Shipping cost: 35 NIS. Purchases over 1,000 NIS are free shipping.
3. The products ordered by the buyer will be delivered to the buyer within 14 business days.
4. The day count for products ordered after 12:00 noon will begin on the next business day. If the product has not arrived on time, please contact customer service.
5. Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, a delay in delivery of 48 hours shall not be considered a breach of the agreement.
6. The shipment will be delivered to the address entered in the ordering system on the site. If there is no response at the buyer's home, the shipment will be left at the front door of the home and the buyer will be responsible for the products and their quality, or the order will be returned to the business and the customer will bear the cost of additional shipping.
7. The customer is responsible for entering an accurate address as required.
8. The website owner will not be liable, and the purchaser will not be entitled to compensation for any delay or delay in delivery caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of the website owners. Refund and Cancellation Policy – The Wise Shopper
Refunds and cancellations –
1. The provisions of the law will apply to the cancellation of a transaction through the website .
2. Cancellation of a transaction – The purchaser is entitled to cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction details, whichever is later. The provisions of this section shall not apply to products to which the right of cancellation does not apply according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the regulations thereunder. It is clarified that the product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, clean, packaged, and has not been used in any way.
3. The provisions of Section 14C1 of the Consumer Protection Law shall apply to a purchaser who is a person with a disability, a veteran citizen, or a new immigrant, and he may cancel the transaction within four months from the date of making the agreement, from the date of delivery of the property, or from the date of receipt of the details stipulated in the regulations under Section 14(d), as the case may be, whichever is later, if the product has not been used, provided that the engagement in the transaction included a transaction between the business owner and the consumer. The product will be returned in the condition as delivered to the purchaser, and packaged.
4. Cancellation of a transaction due to a defect and/or incompatibility and/or failure to deliver on time – the website owner will refund to the purchaser, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, that part of the transaction price that was paid to him, will cancel the purchaser's charge for the transaction and will provide him with a copy of the aforementioned cancellation notice and will not charge him any cancellation fees.
The buyer will send the defective product to the website owner.
5. The website owner may charge transaction cancellation fees in accordance with any law – at a rate of 5% of the purchase value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. In the event of a transaction cancellation due to a defect or incompatibility in the product, the customer will not be charged shipping fees or cancellation fees.
